Winter mornings like this are to be treasured. Crisp, bright and quiet apart from occasional birds, its early and the snow has fallen in the night. this view looks over Bilberry Reservoir and I am on the rocky steps leading down to the Dam.
Winter, its absolutely freezing today and the reservoir frozen in parts. The colours, soft browns of the dried plants , icy blues of the water and mauve hills .
